Grants & Registration Administrator - Nati Growth Ltd

We’re looking for a Grants & Registration Administrator to help deliver iwi grants and membership services that make a real difference for our people and communities.

In this important frontline role, you will provide helpful, mana‑enhancing support to whānau, process membership registrations, assist with grant applications, and ensure our records and databases are accurate and well maintained. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that plays a key role in ensuring our iwi members are connected, supported, and well served.

About the Role

As a Grants & Registration Administrator, you will support whānau through the registration and grants process, acting as a warm and professional first point of contact. You’ll process membership applications, maintain accurate records, and help ensure grants are administered smoothly and efficiently. The role includes managing enquiries, supporting data and reporting needs, and contributing to events, hui, and community engagement. You’ll also play an important part in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and supporting the overall delivery of our funding and registry services.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Administration, customer service, or community-facing experience
  • Confident managing databases, CRMs, or digital record-keeping
  • Experience handling enquiries from diverse groups
  • Demonstrated accuracy with forms, applications, or data processing
  • Full, clean driver licence (for events or hui, if needed)

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
  • Ability to work confidentially and follow policies
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and cloud tools
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills

Cultural Capability

  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn, tikanga Māori and whakapapa processes
  • Commitment to mana‑enhancing, whānau‑centred service

What We Value

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive and solutions‑focused
  • Flexible and open to continuous learning
  • Able to take ownership and show initiative
  • Calm, respectful, and committed to high-quality service
  • A strong communicator who can make informed, timely decisions
  • Skilled at building positive relationships and supporting whānau with care

How to Apply

If you’re someone who enjoys helping others, thrives on accuracy and organisation, and wants to contribute to meaningful outcomes for our iwi, we’d love to hear from you.

Please apply with your CV and a brief cover letter via Seek.
