Receptionist (Casual) Uawa to Te Araroa Clinics

The primary objective of this position is to provide high-quality clerical and front-desk support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic’s appointment system, telephone services, and reception area.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (preferably in a healthcare or community setting).

• A Business Administration Certificate or relevant industry qualification.

Key responsibilities include:

· Supporting the accurate and timely booking of appointments while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and their whānau through a warm, welcoming, and professional approach.

· Ensuring all front-end revenue is collected in accordance with enrolment protocols and correct use of the Practice Management System.

· Maintaining efficient and secure management of patient records, both electronically and in physical files.

· Contributing to the overall efficiency and positive atmosphere of the clinic by performing all duties in a proactive, organized, and client-focused manner
