Organisational Structure
Te Runanganui o Ngati Porou Trustee Ltd is the corporate trustee of Te Runanganui o Ngati Porou Trust. The trust represents the collective interests of Ngati Porou iwi members and consists of 14 directors (Elected Representatives), 2 representatives from each Rohenga Tipuna. Its subsidiaries are Toitu Ngati Porou, Nati Growth Limited and Ngati Porou Oranga. Each subsidiary has its own Board of Directors and management.

Toitū Ngāti Porou is a cultural development and chartitable distrubustion arm of Te Runanganui o Ngāti Porou.

Nāti Growth Limited is the economic arm of Te Runanganui o Ngāti Porou, overseeing investments, forestry, Ngāti Porou Seafoods Group and Pakihiroa Farms. Its five board members are appointed by the Runanganui.
