Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role:
Ngati Porou Oranga seeks an experienced and passionate individual to join our Whanau Oranga Engagement Team. To contribute to the ongoing growth and achievement of the Intervention Services Team as well as the objectives of Ngati Porou Oranga, through efficient, accurate, and responsive coordination of administrative duties and requests as required by the Manager.
This position will have a strong focus on supporting the Intervention Services to achieve its potential so that anyone who accesses the services may have a positive and supportive experience.
Ngā pukenga me ngā wheako - Essential Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Certificate in computer and/or business administration desirable
• Ability to produce at a high-quality level, power points, reporting tables, use Excel and other design programs
• Full clean New Zealand drivers' licence
• Exceptional knowledge of standard office administrative duties, practices, and procedures
• Sound understanding of te reo me ona tikanga
• Excellent Keyboard skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
• Knowledge of Ngati Poroutanga
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management
• Demonstrated experience in providing timely and accurate administrative support in a high pressure/high risk
environment.
• Sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Good levels of personal and professional resilience with the ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations.
