Te Kaupapa o te Tūranga – Position Purpose
Are you a dedicated practitioner passionate about strengthening whānau engagement and wellbeing?
We are seeking a Te Whare Tautoko Kaiarahi to lead and coordinate the daily operations of Te Whare Tautoko. This unique fixed-term, 40-hour role is split evenly between managing Te Whare Tautoko operations and delivering Whānau Wellbeing services.
You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and culturally grounded environment. Your day-to-day will involve facilitating counselling, guidance, and wānanga, while overseeing the delivery of responsive wellbeing initiatives that meet the diverse needs of our whānau.

About You
To be successfulin this role, you will be a registered professional with a deep understanding of Te Ao Māori and whānau-centred practice. You will embody our values of Manaaki (respect), Tika/Pono (integrity), and Ringa Raupa (hard work).
