Ngāti Porou Oranga is seeking an experienced and highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level dedicated support to our Chief Executive Officer-NPO for a six-month fixed-term period.
This is afast-paced and varied role that requires exceptional organisational skills,discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple prioritieswhile maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role:
Reportingdirectly to the CEO-NPO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smoothoperation of the Executive Office. You will manage executive priorities,coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements, prepare reports andcorrespondence, and support strategic projects and organisational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Executivediary and calendar management
· Coordinationof meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking
· Preparationof reports, presentations, and correspondence
· Stakeholderliaison and relationship management
· Coordinationof travel and event logistics
· Supportfor governance, executive, and strategic initiatives
· Managementof confidential information and records

To be successful in this role, you will have:
· 3–5years' experience supporting senior executives
· Exceptionalorganisational and communication skills
· Strongattention to detail and professionalism
· AdvancedMicrosoft Office skills
· Abilityto exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality
· Experienceworking with diverse stakeholders
· Anunderstanding of Te Ao Māori and commitment to kaupapa Māori values is highlydesirable
