Official Results – July 2026 Special General Meeting

Thank you to everyone who attended the Special General Meeting and to all eligible members who took the time to cast their vote.

Both Special Resolutions have been approved. The official results are outlined in the post below.

Please note that while most approved amendments are now in effect, the amendments relating to the Māori Fisheries Amendment Act 2024 will take effect on 26 July 2026.

‍

From that date, the final amended Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou Trust Deed will become the operative governing document.
