2026 Special Resolutions Vote and Special General Meeting (SGM) Notice
Te Rūnanganui o Ngāti Porou (the Trust) is proposing amendments to its Trust Deed and the Nāti Growth Constitution and is holding a Special General Meeting (SGM) at 11am on Saturday 11 July 2026 at Te Tini o Porou, corner of Huxley Road and Tyndall Road, Gisborne.
The purpose of the SGM is to allow all adult Iwi members to consider and vote on proposing amendments to its Trust Deed and the Nāti Growth Constitution.
Voter packs have been mailed out to those adult registered members with current postal address details that do not have an email address. Voting emails with be going out from 4pm today, Monday the 8th June 2026 to the remaining adult registered members. The voting emails will include a link to the voting site and voting credentials to allow members to vote online.
