Our business carries our tipuna name Hinerupe. Weare direct descendants of her, being one of the Kopara or bell birds ofRongomaitapui her mother. 

Our business is to welcome all to her andexperience an authentic marae stay. We are proud to welcome all visitors to ourmarae and neighbouring marae of Te Araroa. Ours is  a tourism business weare also a whanau and have all been associated with Hinerupe marae from birth.We are very proud to offer our marae as a place to manaaki manuhiri from allwalks of life

Nga Taonga o Hinerupe our mission statement:

To provide an intimate authentic cultural maraeexperience for our manuhiri. Our business will provide opportunities for otherbusinesses in our community to promote their products. We will ensure that ourcultural experience is about manaakitanga and our core values.

Our manuhiri will be in a safe environment engagingin activities where they will enjoy our experience.

We will work to improve our image. The more thatpeople come here and experience the Hinerupe way, it will improve currentperception of our small town and encourage others to come and see our beautifulplace.
