Resignation Notice – Hekia Parata

On behalf of the Board, I inform Ngati Porou of the resignation of Hekia Parata from the Board of Directors and as the elected Representative for Rohenga Tipuna 3, effective 31 August 2025.

We are deeply grateful for the dedication, passion, and drive she has brought to her role during her tenure. On behalf of the Board, we extend our best wishes to Hekia for her future endeavours.

The Board is currently finalising the process for conducting a by-election to elect a new Noho Kaenga Representative for Rohenga Tipuna 3. Further details will be communicated once this process has been confirmed.

We acknowledge the recent successive changes in our leadership but remain confident and committed to continuing to drive the organisation forward in service of our people.
